Green Coffee Extract

Okay, it's obvious from reading my blog that I do not buy into supplements or weight loss pills to lose weight. Likewise, Dr. Oz is usually focusing on disproving the weight loss magic pills. However, the other day on his show he actually promoted a supplement for weight loss. Check this out:

I'll fess up; I was hooked. I have bought 60 pills for $25.00 and I am excited about getting them. To get the benefits, you need two 400mg capsules per day. The sad part is the 60 pills will only last me 15 days. If I were to keep this supplement, it would cost me $50.00/month. Certainly less than weight loss programs, but I'm still not sold if I want to do this long term.

I can't wait to start and keep you up to date on the happenings. I'll let you know when I get them.

  1. Oh no... I'm being sucked in! I have to know how they work for you, okay? I love anything all natural!

    1. I know! I never ever get sucked in, but the one-two punch of Dr. Oz recommendation plus the study that I read... man it's awful hard to ignore. I don't plan on changing my normal routine right now when I start - same eating plan, same exercise - and see what happens!

  2. Hey girl!

Wow- you are AMAZING! Your progress and determination are great to see! I too am having issues with excess skin- in fact, I'll be posting about it soon. Looking forward to following your journey!

  3. Just found your blog and am loving it! Your doing awesome. Curious to see how these pills work for you.

  4. hmmm. I think you are doing well (awesome) all on your own, but I look forward to reading your report!
