Today is Day #1 of Al's challenge. It is going well, menu actually looks about spot on what my norm is during a day.
187 is my weigh-in for the challenge, I will go ahead and use it for today's weigh-in. Not much difference this morning, although it was a bit smaller number. Does that count as padding my numbers? Haha. :)
On a side note, I am in love with Vanilla Almond milk. I'm attempting to eliminate a large chunk of dairy in the diet, and I thought I would give it a try. Fantabulous. That's all I can say.

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried the Vanilla Almond milk, but do like the original. I'll have it with cheerios breakfast on Al's menu..ha!
I use almond milk for smoothies as I am waiting on the Paleo book recommended by Jenn and plan to follow it for the 30 days. Giving up dairy will be a challenge but I can do it. I am going to try to get the cottage cheese and the feta cheese used up soon. I know you will be successful with Al's challenge because you are determined. I suggested Jenn start a Paleo challenge but maybe I can put one together. Take care.
ReplyDeleteThe elimination of dairy isn't my weight loss per se, but because I started on this weight loss journey I've read a lot about reducing or eliminating dairy for your general health. It's hard, but easier now that I've found some substitute I can handle. Cheese is going to be a killer for me, but I can do it!
