Heavy, one of my favorite shows, is off for the season. While that is certainly depressing, I have found another great show to take its place. Addicted to Food is a great show, if you haven't seen it. It's on the OWN network (which I didn't even know existed), and I have a new favorite hero in Tennie McCarty."Compulsive eaters are controllers."

I'm SO addicted to all those weight loss shows. Heavy, Addicted To Food, Ruby, Huge, The Biggest Loser and I even watched Shedding For The Wedding.
